calculations of a good weather performance speed. No current factor on qualified good weather
days can be applied for favourable currents and excluding times when sailing with reduced rpm,
when maneuvering or sailing in shallow/ restricted waters and when approaching/entering/leaving
ports, rivers, canals, etc.Vessel burns mdo when maneuvering and entering/leaving ports and in
narrow/confined water.
Vessel's speed/consumption warranted only during good weather days of 24 consecutive hours
running between master's reported positions.
