DEPARTURE, ARRIVAL, BALLAST EXCHANGE ETC:

When Maneuvering, Navigating under Pilots, in High traffic areas, Starting/Stopping M.E In/Out Ports, Canals, Rivers, Shallow Waters, Straights or Confined Waters Generally, during rough weather, poor visibility, exchange ballast water, holds and/or deck cleaning, vessel burns additionally about 2.50 mt/24 hrs of VLSFO or LSMGO for 2nd A/E

The speed and consumption is warranted as average speed/consumption in fully ballast/laden condition, on unrestricted passage and under good weather conditions, which for the purpose of this C/P are defined as no adverse current, negative influence of swell, moderate sea, wind not exceeding Beaufort Force 4 and /or Douglas Sea State 3 (Means significant wave height less than 1.25 m), at the condition of clean bottom in open, calm and deep sea condition with minimum 24 continuous hours steaming time. Positive current shall not be used in diminishing Vessel's performance.

The word "about" under this fixture as weather apply to both her "speed(s)" and "consumption" and It Is defined as a tolerance of 5pct + /- Margin

Any New Bunkers supplied to the vessel will start to be consumed when vessel receives the bunker analysis results and are subject to compliance with ISO 8217:2017. 

"Vessel is not fitted with Scrubber. Therefore she consums VLSFO RMG 380 with Max 0.5% Sulphur order comply with IMO 2020 Low Sulphur requirements.

The physical supplier is to participate in a joint drip sampling at the point of custody transfer. 

Sufficient volume is to be taken for splitting into a minimum of four samples, duly signed by both parties, One to be retained on board as per MARPOL ANNEX VI requirements, One for the supplier, One be retained on the vessel and One to be sent for laboratory testing. The samples so taken are to be considered representative and the result of the test is to be binding to both parties, including density to be used for Quantity Determination.

Bunkering Is Always Subject To Master's Approval And Bunkers Of Different Origin/Supplier/Port/Grade to be strictly separated by vessel's tanks. Charterers undertake that due consideration shall be given to vessel's tank configuration whilst arranging supply of bunkers.

ECA:(Emission Control Area): Should Vessel Be Required To Steam Through ECA, charterers to allow for consumption of  ULSFO - HYBRID (ISO 8217:2017 EQUIVALENT GRADE) OR LSMGO (ISO 8217:2017, DMZ OR DMA) in order to make the vessel feasible to use ECA compliant bunkers and thus comply with ECA Regulations. 

 

EMISSION CONTROL AREA: (ECA) Shall Mean Zones As Stipulated In MARPOL ANNEX VI And/Or Zones /Port(s)/Anchorage(s)/Straits regulated by regional and/or national authorities such as, but not limited to, the EU And The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
