Above speeds/consumptions based on design draft of 9.5m , good weather and smooth sea
without counter current/swell, max beaufort 2 and Douglas sea state 2 ( max. 1.25m
significant wave height ) ,on even keel in deepwater with clean bottom max sea
temperature 28 degrees Celsius and excluding reefer containers on board and excluding
Tropical Zones. Any periods/ distances where these parameters are exceeded shall not be
included in calculations of speed and consumptions. In the event of any speed /performance
claim any fuel saved to be offset against time lost and ballast and laden legs to be treated
as one voyage for calculation purposes.
The IMO 2020 Regulatory Compliant Fuel supplied to be in accordance with iso
fuel standard 8217:2017 or any subsequent amendment

Fuels outside this specification may result in damage to main engine and/or loss of
performance, for which Charterers are responsible.
Sludge removal to be for Charterers'account/time.
Charterers shall supply suitable fuel to enable main propulsion and auxiliary machinery to
operate efficiently and without
harmful effects. The fuels shall be blends of hydrocarbons derived from petroleum refining.
The fuels shall be free from waste
lubricants, chemicals or any other harmful substances.
Port consumption:
Port consumption is about 3.5 mt (Max 380 cst RMG380 LSFO) daily when idle , about 5.5
mt working cranes , always excluding reefers and ventilation , plus some IMO Regulatory
Compliant Fuel for heating fuel oil tanks.
