The vessel is suitable and fully fitted for the carriage of dangerous cargo in containers according to SOLAS II-2, Reg. 54.3.
All hazardous cargoes to be loaded and stowed always in compliance with vessel's Certificate of Compliance for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and to be shipped in strict conformity with IMDG-Code, relevant Government and local regulations.
The following cargoes always to be excluded: hydrogen, hydrogen mixtures, acetylene, ethyl nitrite/nitrate, carbon disulphide, calcium hypochloride of any nature, thiourea dioxide.
